Heated glass is employed whenever significant temperature differentials across an IG unit cause excessive condensation on the warm or "store side" of a unit or delayed clearing times on the cold or "cabinet-side" of an IG unit.
  • Underwriters Laboratories has approved our patent pending heated key for use in commercial refrigeration and freezer applications.

  • Thermoseal is the only IG manufacturer that has the capability of producing electrically-heated IG units on a fully-automated production line - unlike manual processes (such as soldering wire leads by hand) that are employed by other suppliers.

  • We offer 24-to-240 volt UL-registered electrically-heated glass for frost or condensation management, with Power Outputs ranging from 2-to-40 watts per square foot.

  • Custom-coated electrically-heated glass available.
